Founding Head of Revenue
About the Job
Flowby is hiring a founding Head of Revenue to take us from early pilots to our first $5M in revenue. Working alongside the founder, you'll be responsible for building the sales motion, closing deals, shaping GTM strategy, and building the foundation for scale. This is a co-founder and/or c-suite eligible role, working directly with a world-class team.

We start fundraising in September from our existing network of investors, and we're looking for someone who can join now and help shape the company we're about to scale.
We're AI-native in how we build and operate. Every function across the company, including every step of the development lifecycle starts with leveraging models by default.
About the Role
This is a zero-to-one role. You'll co-define our early GTM strategy, drive initial customer conversations, close deals, and build the playbook for what follows. We're building the pipeline day by day, no script. Just a real problem, initial concept validation, and a team that knows how to build.
This role will evolve into long-term revenue leadership. But early on, it's hands-on and focused: validate market fit, close our first customers, and help us build a revenue engine people trust.
What We're Looking For
We're excited to work with people who take deep ownership, have a strong bias towards action, and show up with integrity and no ego. You've done B2B Enterprise SaaS sales before, built or shaped a GTM motion from scratch, and know how to navigate complex buyer conversations. You care about outcomes more than optics, and you're energized by messy, ambiguous problems that matter.
What You'll Own
- Validate our ICP and early positioning; define our pricing
- Lead sales conversations from outbound to close
- Build tools, scripts, and systems to scale what works
- Translate real customer feedback into roadmap input
- Shape our go-to-market and revenue model alongside the founding team

This is a zero-to-one role. You'll take our current architecture, validate it and bring it to life, owning how we actually build and deliver a seamless AI-native product. That means combining structured LLM pipelines, robust system integrations, and voice-driven inputs into a clean, fast UX that people trust and want to use every day. You'll work directly on the product and help define what gets built and how. You'll bring structure to the platform while staying agile enough to iterate fast.
This role will evolve into long-term technical leadership. But early on, it's hands-on and focused: architect durable systems, support early customer pilots, and help us build a product people trust.

Flowby is hiring a founding Principal Engineer to help build the first production-ready version of the product. We are currently finalizing the prototype and will shortly begin building the initial production-ready MVP. Working alongside the founder and core team, you'll own and deliver key systems while shaping how the platform evolves. This is a co-founder and/or c-suite eligible role, with a clear path to VP Engineering for the right person.

This role is hands-on to start. But if it's a good match, you'll grow into leading engineering more broadly, shaping how we hire, scale, and build. The VP Engineering seat is open for the right builder who earns it through ownership and delivery.
